Over the last century, the lifespan of the average American has increased from 49 years to 77.6 years. With advances in healthcare, this number is still growing as fast as ever. It is estimated that by 2050, there will be over 800,000 Americans living to be 100 and many of those living to 150! If we are going to live for 100 years, we need that to be a QUALITY long life! We don't merely want to be able to exist on this plane - we want to be able to live and work and play on this planet - we want to have a QUALITY life!
The biggest problem we have seen come about with an increased lifespan is an increase in musculoskeletal problems. Essentially, our ability to move about like we used to. In this informative short workshop, we will show you simple steps that you can take to improve your mobility, prevent potential musculoskeletal problems associated with aging, and give you tips for living a healthy lifestyle. We want you to live a QUALITY 100 years!
We feel so strongly about this subject, it is open to our patients, their families, and the public. We even provide free meals for everyone in attendance!
